SPA POLICIES
ARRIVAL TIME
We kindly request that you come about 5 to 10 minutes early. Interventions will be concluded at the set time to make way for the subsequent individual.
CHILDREN IN THE SPA
For the tranquillity of all individuals and to prevent disturbing the other guests or, in the interests of safety, infants are not allowed in the spa during the client’s treatment.
CANCELLATIONS
To respect our team’s time, cancellations require a minimum notice period:
- For individual appointments, there should be a one to twenty-four hours notice.
- 48-hour notice for packages. The client will be charged the full-service price if the circumstances surrounding require a higher service level and the company was not informed earlier enough. No exceptions, please.
PRICING AND GRATUITIES
Prices: Prices are subject to change without any further notice.
Gratuities: Excluded from costs of services; tips may be given to the provider at your willingness.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
It would be helpful if you told us if you have any illnesses or diseases, if you are allergic to anything or if you have any disability before you are given any treatment.

Although all efforts are made to provide a secure environment; we cannot take responsibility for lost items. Welcome to our premises; kindly keep your valuable possessions secure while you are on the premises.
SPA ETIQUETTES
To preserve the peace and quiet of the spa, it’s requested that all mobile phones and devices be on silent once inside the spa.
