Reservations
We recommend making reservations in advance to secure your preferred time and service. All appointments require a credit card deposit so please have this information ready at the time of booking.
Promptness
For new guests, please arrive 15 min. early to complete any required forms. Late arrivals or incomplete forms may result in reduced service time, as we must adhere to scheduled times to ensure our next guest is not delayed.
Attire
We provide spa wraps, disposable undergarments, and robes as needed for your comfort. You may wear your bathing suit during body treatments if preferred. Our therapists will ensure your modesty is maintained at all times.
Change Appointment?
All appointments are reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the following charges:
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the services booked.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the services booked.
Charges will be applied to the credit card used to secure your appointment, any outstanding gift certificates, or onto your account. All balances must be cleared before re-booking.
Cell Phones
To create a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that all cell phones be turned off or set to silent mode during your visit.
Children
Please refrain from brining children to your spa service unless the child themselves is booked for the same service as well. We don’t have a waiting area for children and are too busy to baby sit.
Gift Certificate Policy
A spa gift certificate is the perfect way to treat someone special! It can be used for services, products, and treatments. Gift certificates make excellent gifts for Birthdays, Holidays, or to show appreciation.
